Crushed minerals and metal powders arrive as a mix of particle sizes, lumps and fines — and inconsistent sizing downstream shows up as wasted material, uneven product quality, or unnecessary wear on the equipment that processes it next.

Crushed minerals like quartz, silica, dolomite, soapstone and calcium carbonate, along with metal powders and fines, are fed through our vibro screens for sorting and grading across different mesh sizes — each cut matters for consistent powder quality.

Oversized lumps are sent back to be re-crushed and re-screened until they meet spec, with de-dusting and safety checks along the way to protect downstream processing equipment.

These minerals and metal fines are highly abrasive, so decks and screen rings use heavier-gauge, wear-resistant construction to hold tolerances over continuous abrasive duty.
